Charas hidden in 26 corn cobs recovered by police,2 drug smugglers held in Kupwara

Kupwara, Feb 25,  Police arrested two drug smugglers during a nocturnal raid in North Kashmir’s Kupwara district.

  Deputy Superintendent of Police, Muhammad Yasir Parray told Kashmir News Trust after receiving inputs, two raids were conducted in Awoora village of the district and two drug smugglers were arrested.

  The police officer identified these drug smugglers as Adil Ahmed and Talib Shah. He said that charas hidden in 26 corn cobs flakes was recovered from the duo.

  ‘A case under NDPS Act was registered against them, he told KNT.
