Two quarantined at SKIMS after returning from Malaysia and Korea
Srinagar, Mar 10,: Two people from Kashmir Valley, who had returned from Malaysia and Korea recently, have been quarantined at SKIMS here in Kashmir capital Srinagar.
SKIMS authorities told Kashmir News Trust that samples of both these men with history of travel to Malaysia and Korea were taken and sent to lab for testing. Both of them are admitted at the Sher-i-Kashmir Institute of Medical Sciences Soura.
“The two are currently in the isolation ward at Hospital. Their condition is stable,” an official said.
“We are in touch with other people who came in contact with both the patients. We are closely monitoring them,” he added.
Pertinently, no cases of Corona virus have been detected in Kashmir Valley, though a case of this nature has already found in Jammu.
The government has already issued advisories to inform people of the precautionary measures and symptoms associated with coronavirus. (KNT)
