Kangan, Mar 22,: Two shops were completely destroyed while a hotel suffered partial damage in a fire incident in Kulan area of Central Kashmir’s Kangan town.
Official sources told Kashmir News Trust that a shop cum residential room caught fire that belonged to one Mushtaq Ahmed Thokar. The fire spread and engulfed another shop owned by Muhammad Ishaq and a portion of Lake View Hotel.
The shops were completely destroyed while hotel suffered partial damage. Fire tenders doused the fire after hard efforts.
A police official said that a case has been registered in this regard. (Agencies)
