Ganderbal, April 2: A drug peddler who managed to escape from a police station has been arrested again in Ganderbal district.
Reports said that a drug peddler identified as Maqsood Ganai son Muhmmad Maqbool, a resident of Wakoora Ganderbal was arrested by police a day ago; however, he managed to escape from the police station Safapora late night.
SSP Ganderbal Khalil Poswal told KNT that the drug peddler was arrested again on Thursday and a formal FIR was registered against him. He added that they are checking how and when this drug peddler managed to escape from the police station. (Agencies)
