“EJCC Will Support Employees of Sate Forest Corporation in Resolving Their Issues”: Aijaz Khan
Srinagar (PR): In view of lock down an emergency meeting of Ejcc was held here with its counterparts at JAMMU in order to discuss burning problem of more than 2500 employees who Are under distress and state of uncertainty at present.
EJCC President Mr Aijaz khan while discussing this issue with their representative and senior trade union Leader suresh Sharma And appealed Hon’ble LG and Chief Secretary JK Union Territory to consider JK State Forest Corporation Employees forum as a stakeholder to the final decision on forest corporation new structure.
The provisions of act repealed had ingredients for better and accountable scavenging of the forests of dead,dry and fallen trees and providing of timber to general public on concession. Mr Khan said that in view of grant in aid already sanctioned by GoI for SFC, it working pattern shouldn’t be lowered to a Ltd company as circulated by section of forceful forest lobby in the public.
He urged that working module should such as to ensure service security, financial arrears due to employees and court orders obtained by employees and orders of hon’ble supreme court of India. He appealed to take notice demands for merger with forest deptt. Or order it to work on GLU pattern and hoped that forum will be given hearing before taking a final call on the issue..
Aijaz Khan said that EJCC will support employees of Sate Forest corporation at every level in resolving their justified issues.
