Srinagar (PR): Congress leader noted social activist Altaf malik in an issued statement to press has said that the holy month of ramadan is going on but the power supply especially in rural areas is playing hide & seek i have received dozens of phone calls from rafiabad & other areas about curtailment & frequent power cuts . Altaf urges LG administration to ensure uninterrupted power supply especially at iftaar & sehri timings so people may not face any kind of inconvenience & change the winter power schedule across valley Altaf reiterated that the CA&PD checking squad is invisible on the ground & the departments rate list has been shelved by the shopkeepers the items are being sold on choices rates . the worst sufferers are poor whose daily earnings already hit post proclamation of mandatory lockdown .
