Bishnah-Jammu: Bhartiya Janta Party Leader and Corporator Sahil Gupta from Municipal Committee Bishnah distributed Free Mask to residents of Ward No 7 on Saturday amid the nationwide lockdown.
The Masks were distributed to every resident of the ward “Speaking on the occasion Gupta said most importantly we all need to take precautionary measures while doing anything. He said that we all should wash our hands frequently and must use alcohol based sanitizers and always see to it that we do not touch our hands on face which increases the probability of transferring virus.
He stated that global leaders from around the world have adopted “Namaste” instead of shaking hands and we must also do the same to halt the impact of any kind of virus from one person to another. He also stated that the only treatment of this virus till date is to avoid contact with others and keep ourselves to stop the spread of COVID-19.
Gupta thanked Executive officer Ravi Sharma, Chairman MC Bishnah Rajan Sharma, Jai Bharat and Staff officials Insp.Gourav and Insp. Kamal Saini for Helping in distribution of Masks.
Gupta along with Rajesh Kumar, Tushar, Rakesh and others were Present during distribution of masks.
