Srinagar Family Demanding brought back to Kashmir jail of their kin.
Worried About his Health, Detained in 2010, lodged in Gujarat Jail.
Srinagar, 04 june CNI:The family members of Kashmiri Detainee demanding shift to Kashmiri jail of their kin who is lodged in Gujarat jails since 2010.
“Bashir Ahmad a resident of rainawari srinagar is detained outside the region in Gujarat Jail and suffering from various health problems, they demanding release or shift him to Kashmir jail”said a family member.
The Family members of the detainee are worried and demanding to brought back or release him as his health condition is not good.
According to his family “bashir ahmad visited Gujarat in 2010 with an Non government organization(NGO), the next day we came to know that our son had been arrested their by NTS and Gujarat Police”.
“Still we didn’t know on what charges he had been detained” the family alleged.
“They Mentally tortured my son everyday he can’t bear the pain as he is not healthy” alleged his mother to CNI.
However the family appealed to the Jammu and Kashmir administration to look into the matter and brought back our son to Kashmir jail soon or release him shortly CNI.
