Srinagar, June 08 : A 5-year-old boy drowned into a pond in north Kashmir’s Bandipora district on Monday.
Reports reaching news agency KINS said a 5 year old boy identified Ali Mohd Kachroo son of Mohd Akbar Kachroo slipped into the pond adjacent to his home at Zalpora Sumbal.
Reports said soon after news spread in the locality, people rushed to the spot and retrieved body, however he was rushed to nearby hospital where doctors declared him brought dead on arrival.
A police official also confirmed to news agency KINS, the death of the minor due to drowning.(KINS)
