Srinagar, July 18 : A truck driver was killed when his vehicle skidded off the road near Kandiwara village of Kokernag in South Kashmir’s Anantnag district on Saturday.
The driver identified as Rouf Ahmad Bhat Son of Abdul Razaq Bhat of Kandiwara Kokernag was shifted to nearly hospital where doctors declared him brought dead on arrival, official sources told GNS.
A police officer confirmed the death and said that a case has been registered and further investigations have been started in connection with the accident. (GNS)
