Increase In Covid Cases & Dearth Of Oxygen ,Ventilators Grave Concern : Altaf

Srinagar: Congress leader Altaf Malik has dismayed over the sharp increase in covid cases and the dearth of oxygen ventilators & other related equipments in district level hospitals has created more fear & psychosis among the common people while as the rural and remote hospitals are also facing inadequate supplies of medicines masks moreover the covid warriors doctors nurses paramedical staff municipality ground staff & other are not given full gear protection ( PPE) kits Altaf reiterated again that non covid patients are suffering badly and urges govt to take necessary steps and ensure that non covid patients may not suffer especially pregnant women and aged as per the advisories & statements of health authorities & experts the situation on ground is grim which needs immediate steps be taken to contain the spread of virus the hotels & private institutions be convert into quarantine centres with all facilities including oxygen point beds other equipments which is need of the hour altaf added & appeals people to wear masks maintain personal hygiene avoid unnecessary travels & follow the advisories of doctors cooperate with administration opening of public parks allowing outsiders to valley has created confusion among the people of valley & put big question mark? on government
