Only one out of four delegates who met JK LG Murmu turned Covid-19 positive: BJP

Srinagar, July 20: Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) Monday denied the reports about four delegates who met Jammu and Kashmir Lieutenant Governor have been declared Covid-19 positive.

Party spokesman Ghulam Mohammed Mir Monday said that only one among four delegates from Kupwara who met Jammu and Kashmir L.G Girish Chander Murmu in Kupwara has tested positive while as others are normal. “The positive case has been quarantined and there is no need to worry,” Mir said.

On Saturday LG Murmu visited northern Kashmir’s Kupwara district and met several delegations and took stock of developmental projects. .
