Handwara, Aug 29: A cop who had sustained injuries after his motor-cycle collided with an Alto vehicle in Chogul area of Handwara town succumbed to his injuries in Srinagar hospital.
The cop identified as Tahir Ahmad Bhat of Lachampora Rajwar was shifted to hospital wherefrom he was referred to SMHS hospital Srinagar for advanced treatment after the accident.
A police official said that a case has been registered in this regard. (KNT
