Back To Village 3rd A Futile Exercise , Hoax : Altaf Malik

Congress leader noted social activist Altaf Malik in a statement has castigated government over back to village phase 3rd program & said that people residing in villages hails the’ back to village ‘ participated in the programs at first and tie a hope that the long pending demands will be fulfilled & decades languishing projects schemes will be completed in a time bound manner but are disappointed over seeing government’s deceitful & hoodwinked approach people are demanding that the government first fulfill their demands of ist phase altaf added & said that he himself participated in the program along with villagers but till date nothing has been done in my villages thus my constituency’s decades languishing projects / schemes are stil incomplete Roads are in deteriorated conditions HT LT power network is worse most villages face shortage of drinking water supply dense populated villages are without hospitals primary health centres like Dangiwacha SDH Rohama Watargam Hadipora Rebban Nowpora Behrampora Balhama Shalkot Zethan Kangroosa Ladoora Nadihal Janbzpora Chakloo Hib Dangerpora Binnar Shatloo Khahmoh Achabal Doabgah are not equipped fully lacking the infrastructure inadequate healthcare facilities Ration stores are in sufficient especially in upper areas of rafiabad so unfulfilled public demands & grievances put a question mark on government’s tall claims it better to fulfill the demands put up by the people in phase ist of back to village program
