Srinagar, Oct 11 :Lieutenant Governor Manoj Sinha on Sunday said that he is committed to provide each and every citizen of Jammu and Kashmir with the best facilities.
He said that necessary steps are underway for the welfare of the families of policemen. The LG made these comments while addressing participants of ‘Pedal for Peace’ cycle organized by J&K Police in Srinagar on Sunday.
“I am committed to providing each and every citizen of Jammu & Kashmir with the best facilities. Overall welfare of Police/Civil personnel is also our priority. Necessary steps underway for the welfare of their family members also,” he said.
“I appreciated the J&K Police for holding youth-centric programs and adopting innovative measures for promoting the sports and cultural activities under the Civic Action Programme,” he added.
