Srinagar (PR): Congress leader Altaf Malik has castigated bjp led central government over fresh land laws amendments for j&k & said that all moves including abrogation of 370 & bifurcation of state into two union territories are unconstitutional, unilateral , illegal , unwarranted & unacceptable to the people of all three regions moreover the post 5th august 2019 decisions were categorically rejected by the j&k state subjects irrespective of caste creed colour religion & region. if the north eastern states are enjoying own land rules where outsiders can’t buy land and the petition for challenging abrogation of 370 in the honble supreme court why GOI can’t wait for court verdict why j&k has been targeted & scapegoated altaf questioned & urges government of India to revisit the decisions for the larger interests of j&k people especially youth whose employment opportunities are at stake . such decisions will widen the trust deficit & alienate people of Jammu & kashmir with the rest of the country altaf added & reiterated that the people of j&k are not begging but demands for the restoration of rights guaranteed to them through the constitution.
