KUPWARA, DECEMBER 20: Assistant Regional Transport Officer (ARTO) Kupwara, Mukhtar Sofi Saturday distributed masks and hand sanitizers among sumo drivers hired for conveyance of Election staff for their safety amid COVID-19.
On the occasion, ARTO said that the Motor Vehicle Department Kupwara is always committed for safety and welfare of transport community of the district especially in COVID-19 crisis.
Meanwhile, the sumo drivers expressed their satisfaction over the gesture of ARTO.
