SPO who was missing with 2 AK-47 rifles from Chadoora surrendered in South Kashmir
Srinagar, Dec 27, KDC: Special Police Officer (SPO) who had gone missing along with two AK-47 rifles from SOG Camp Chadoora had surrendered before SOG Chadoora in South Kashmir’s Putrigam area of Pulwama district on Saturday night.
An official confirmed to news agency KDC that SPO identified as Altaf Hassan Bhat Son of Ghulam Hassan Bhat of Qazipora Chadoora, Belt no.1197, surrendered before Chadoora special Operation Group (SOG) of JK Police in Pulwama district and has been brought to SOG camp Chadoora.
Pertinently, Altaf had gone missing along with two AK-47 rifles and three magazines on 24th October this year. He was posted in SOG camp Chadoora area of Central Kashmiri’s Budgam district. (KDC)
