Srinagar (PR): A Special Lok Adalat was organized today on 06-03-2021 under the Chairmanship of Mr. Abdul Rashid Malik Pr.District & Sessions Judge Srinagar and he also inaugurated the Special Lok Adalat at District Court Complex
Moominabad Srinagar in which cases as per NALSA direction were fixed.
Nine Benches were constituted in which Bench No.1 was comprising of Pr.District & Sessions Judge Srinagar Mr. Abdul Rashid Malik and Mr.Suresh Chander katal Presiding Officer MACT Srinagar. Bench No.2 was comprising of 4th Addl. Distt & Sessions Judge Srinagar Mr. Haq Nawaz Zargar and 1 st Addl. Munsif Mr. Tabraiz Ahmad and, Bench No. 3 was comprising of 1st Addl. District & Session Judge Srinagar Mr. Rajinder Saproo and 2nd Addl.Munsiff Sgr Mr.Moneer

Municipal Magistrate Mr. Manjit Rai , Bench No.6 was comprising of PT & E Magistrate Srinagar Ms. Umi Kulsoom and City Munsiff Ms. Bazila Bashir Bench No. 7 was comprising of City Judge Mr. Amit Kumar Gupta and Special Mobile
Magistrate 13th FC Mr. Khem Raj Sharma Bench No. 8 was comprising of Addl. Mobile Magistrate Traffic Srinagar Mr. Shabir Ahmad Malik and Mr. Mir Naveed Gul Adv. (Panel lawyer), Bench No. 9 was comprising of Ms.Masarat Jabeen(Addl.spl.Mobile Magistrate(13th FC)Panthachowk Srinagar and President Bar Association Panthachowk(Member).
Adnan Sayeed Secretary District Legal Services Authority Srinagar Coordinated the Special Lok Adalat at Srinagar.
A total number of 599 Cases were taken up for their amicable settlement out of which 373 Cases were settled and an amount of Rs. 8,95,550/=realized as settlement amount.
