Jammu, April 12 : A mentally unsound person was arrested from Pakistan by security forces in RS Pura area of Jammu, officials said on Tuesday.
SSP Jammu Chandan Kohli told GNS that the unsound person states his name to be Shabir.
Further investigations are underway, he added. (GNS)
