EJAC Vice President Farooq Khan condoles demise of Renowned Mu’azzin, Naat Khawan of Historic Jamia Masjid Muhammad Yasin Shah

Srinagar, April 23 : Employees Joint Action Committee (EJAC) Vice President And Mechanical Irrigation Employees Federation Chairman Farooq Ahmad Khan on Friday expressed deep shock and grief over the demise of renowned Mu’azzin , Naat Khawan of historic Jamia Masjid Muhammad Yasin Shah who breathed his last at his Residence today.
In a condolence message issued to the press, Farooq Ahmad Khan said that Muhammad Yasin Shah will always be remembered as a uninterruptedly give the call to prayer , the “Azan “five times each day at the Jamia Masjid Srinagar.
Khan said that the sweet and melodious voice of the deceased used to attract thousands of nimazis to throng the Jamia Masjid on hearing his Azaan.
He prayed for the eternal peace to the departed soul and expressed his solidarity with the bereaved family, friends and his devotees.
