Hoteliers Club Calls on Director Tourism; Appreciates Tourism Department for Development of Tourist Resorts

Srinagar, Dec 6 : Jammu and Kashmir Hoteliers Club Monday held meeting with Director Tourism Kashmir Dr GN Itoo at Gulmarg during which it hailed the latter’s efforts in development of tourist resorts.

During the meeting, the members, as per a statement to KPS, expressed happiness over the court observations directing the authorities to allow repairs and renovations of the hotels at the premiere ski resort.

The JKHC members appreciated the role of tourism department in promoting and development of the prime tourist resorts besides launching aggressive marketing campaigns.

The Hoteliers Club urged the Director Tourism Kashmir to give instructions to the CEOs of at the prime resort to allow repairs and renovations of the hotels in view of the promising influx of the tourists.

The meeting was attended by Gulmarg Chapter President Mukhtar Ahmad Shah, Secretary General Aqib Chaya, Vice President Manzoor Ahmad Khan and Treasurer Naseer Ahmad .
