PHE Employees hail Govt decision of appointing Basharat Jeelani as Chief Engineer Kashmir PHE(Jal Shakti)Department Srinagar

Srinagar: Spokesman Kashmir PHE Joint Employees Association, quoting Chairman of Association Sajad Ahmed Parray welcomed the Govt decision of appointing Jinab Basharat Jeelani Kawoosa as Chief Engineer Kashmir PHE ( jal shakti)Department Srinagar. The Association in a press release hailed the decision and extended gratitude to the Sr. Functionaries of U.T of Jammu and Kashmir with particular reference to Worthy Chief Secretary Sh. Dr. A.K Mehta and Commissioner Secretary Jal Shakti(PHE), Sh. M.Raju for appointing Jinab Kawoosa Sahib as Chief Engineer Kashmir Phe department srinagar. He said that every single Employee is very happy and hopeful that the legtimate issues confronting employees of the department will be resolved on priority, besides all the possible concrete steps will be taken to strengthen the PHE Department, so that the desired result could be achieved. Chairman Sajad Parray said that the PHE Department was subject to worest kind of adminstration which has tarnished the image of PHE department, but under the dynamic and able Administrative control of Jinab Basharat Jeelani Kawoosa, the lost glory will be regained and Association will extend every possible support to the newly appointed Chief Engineer. Employees are also hopeful that the the Government will also come to the rescue of PHE Employees particularly the Dailywagers ,casual labours staff and will support new dispensation in the larger interest of PHE Department.
