House of Social Worker, Senior Journalist and Editor in Chief United Times Ifikhar Hussain has been damaged by some mischievous persons.
As per reports house of Iftikar Hussian who is resident of Panjipora Sopore stays in Srinagar with family due to security reasons has been damaged by unknown persons.
Talking to media Sr Journalist said that they were shocked to witness the damaged caused to their house. He said that doors have been banged, carpets burned and CCTV damaged.
The mischievous persons actually had tried to put whole house on fire but luckily they didn’t succeed.
He added: “We stay at Srinagar due to security reasons and visit home on weekends and were shocked to see the situation of our home. My wife was not able to bear this loss and felt unconscious in shock.”
He said that we rushed her to Sopore hospital were doctors detected that she has suffered minor heart attack due to the shock. My two minor sons are also in the shock as we are not able to bear the damaged costing about 20 lakhs.
Mr Iftikhar added that we have informed police and they have started investigation in this regard.
