Shafat Ahmad on Tuesday formally assumed his charge as new Station House Officer Karnah Kupwara.
Shafat Ahmad relieved Mudasir Ahmad, who has transferred to Sogam Lolab.
Shafaat was welcomed highly by the police jawans at the Karnah police station where the jawans of police shared bouquet with the newly officer as a token and respect of love.
Soon, after assuming charge, the newly officer called for an introductory meet & interacted with the subordinates.
He directed his subordinates to remain vigilant for the safety of the people of Karnah
