Urging public to refrain from falling prey to “fraudsters”, the management of Al- Baik Foods Trading Lucknow has said that some fraudsters in Srinagar in Jammu and Kashmir were trying to fool people and using the Al Baik brand unauthorized, aiming not only to make money illegally but also tarnishing the image of the brand itself.
The Managing Director of the Al-Baik brand in a statement said that two persons including Syed Sahil and Rafat Shakeel Chaudhary have been attempting to use their brand illegally in Jammu and Kashmir for which they were booked under various sections of IPC and have even been sent to jail, but they still continue to use the brand illegally after securing bail from court.
The managing Director added that they reserve the full copyright of the Al-Baik.com trademark and are committed to protect the interests of its franchises and customers.
