KTMF hails J&K admin’s decision of approving amnesty to settle tax arrears of pre GST regime

Kashmir Traders and Manufactures Federation (KTMF) President Hilal Ahmad Mandoo welcomes Administrative Council decision for approving amnesty to settle assessed and reassessed demands of business establishments

In a Statement KTMF President Hilal Ahmad Mandoo said that we are great full to LG J&K Manooj Sinha and other members of AC who take serious note of this issue and fulfilled the long pending demand of Business Community.

He said that this step is going to provide relief to the tax payers in the form of waiver of interest and penalty besides recovery of the blocked revenue to the Government.

It is mention that Administrative Council (AC) which met here under the chairmanship of the Lieutenant Governor, Manoj Sinha approved a proposal of the Finance Department for granting amnesty for settlement of Tax arrears pertaining to pre GST regime.
