People's Conference Provincial Secretary kashmir and Constituency head Eidgah irfan Mattoo on Friday chaired a workers meeting at Kreshbal Eidgah that was attended by dozens of party workers.
In a statement issued here, Mattoo's said the meeting remains vital for the taking cognizance of the public woes and voicing their concerns before the competent authorities for immediate redressal.
"The meeting primarily focused on resolving the problems faced by the locals of the area besides strengthening the party cadres especially for the upcoming Assembly Elections. I have taken note of numerous public grievances and will ensure their sufferings end at an earliest," he said.
On this occasion various prominent political activists hailing from this areas joined the party cadres.

Welcoming the new entrants unto the party-fold, Mattoo urged the workers to work earnestly for the public welfare and apprise them with the development based agenda of People's Conference while exposing the lies and deceit of traditional parties who have always been busy in benefitting their own at the cost of throwing people into ceaseless miseries.
The workers lauded Mattoo's efforts besides assuring him to work in letter and spirit on the directions given by him that are pivotal for alleviating the public inconvenience and ushering in an era of prosperity and wellbeing in the area.
