M Altaf Dar Condemns Offensive Remarks Against Prophet Muhammad (SAW), Calls for Strict Legal Action
Renowned socio-political activist and senior trade union leader Mohammad Altaf Dar has issued a strong condemnation of the recent offensive remarks made by Yati Narsinghanand against Prophet Hazrat Muhammad Mustafa (SAW). Dar expressed deep concern and sorrow over such inflammatory statements, which have caused immense pain to millions of Muslims worldwide.
In a statement, Mohammad Altaf Dar emphasized that such derogatory remarks are not only an insult to the religious sentiments of the Muslim community but also a blatant attack on the values of peace, mutual respect, and communal harmony that are essential to a civilized society. "The Prophet (SAW) is the epitome of compassion and mercy, and any attempt to insult his noble character is an affront to humanity itself," Dar remarked.
He urged the authorities to take swift and strict legal action against individuals inciting hatred and division through such inflammatory statements. "Those who spread venom in society are the real enemies of peace and unity. We cannot allow such divisive rhetoric to undermine the fabric of our society," Dar added.
Mohammad Altaf Dar further called upon all peace-loving citizens, irrespective of faith, to stand united against hate speech and work towards fostering an environment of tolerance and respect for all.
