YHAI Delegation Meets Agriculture Minister to Highlight Youth Empowerment Initiatives

On November 5, a delegation from the Youth Hostel Association of India (YHAI), Srinagar Unit, led by Chairman Showkat Ashaie, met with the Minister of Agriculture Production, Rural Development, Panchayati Raj, Cooperatives, and Elections, Javed Ahmad Dar.

During the meeting, the delegation showcased YHAI’s significant achievements and its various youth empowerment programs, with a special emphasis on initiatives for children with special needs.

The Minister appreciated the association's contributions to society and commended their dedication to uplifting the youth. He also assured the delegation of his full support for their continued efforts to empower young people in the region.

The YHAI delegation expressed gratitude for the Minister’s encouragement and pledged to continue their work for the betterment of society, especially its younger members.
