ACT Presents Powerful Urdu Play “Pagal Koun?” in Srinagar
ACT – For A Better Tomorrow, a renowned theatre group known for its thought-provoking productions, proudly staged the gripping Urdu play "Pagal Koun?" written by Zahid Hussain and directed by the acclaimed theatre personality Mushtaaque Ali Ahmad Khan.
The powerful drama delves into the complexities of the human condition, exploring themes of sanity, morality, and the blurred lines between reality and madness. Through its engaging storyline and memorable characters, "Pagal Koun?" captivated the audience and sparked meaningful conversations.
The play was performed at two separate venues: Today at 11 AM at S P College, Srinagar, and tomorrow at 4 PM at Tagore Hall, Srinagar. Entry to both performances is free, and the organizers invited students, theatre enthusiasts, and the public to attend.

The director, Mushtaaque Ali Ahmad Khan, further explained, "'Pagal Koun?' challenges our assumptions about the world around us. I am excited to bring this thought-provoking drama to life with our talented cast and crew."
The performance at S P College saw a large audience, including many students and college staff. The chief guest for the event was the Principal of the college, M. Farooq Mir. The guests of honour included Sayed Humayun Qaisar, Mahajabeen Nabi, Manzoor Ahmad Mir, and Reshi Rasheed.
The talented cast of the play included Akib Haleem, Arjmand Andrabi, Abdul Basit, and Suhaib Lateef. Makeup was done by Gul Javaid, and stage management was handled by Barkat Ali.
The director thanked the audience for joining the unforgettable theatrical experience and expressed gratitude to the media for their wholehearted support of their activities.
