J&K, Ladakh Pensioners United Front Holds Key Meeting in Srinagar

An extraordinary meeting of the Jammu and Kashmir, Ladakh Pensioners United Front was convened today at the organisation’s head office in Gogjibagh, Srinagar.

The meeting was held under the presidentship of Abdul Qayoom Wani and was attended by several senior members and representatives from across the region.

During the session, various pressing issues concerning pensioners from both Jammu & Kashmir and Ladakh were thoroughly discussed. While specific details of the decisions remain under wraps for the moment, the president assured attendees that outcomes of the meeting are significant and aimed at addressing long-standing concerns of the pensioners’ community.

The United Front has announced that all decisions taken during the meeting will be made public in a formal press conference scheduled for Saturday, June 14, at the Palam Spring Hotel, Gogjibagh, Srinagar.

Speaking briefly after the meeting, Wani reiterated the organisation’s commitment to fighting for the rights and welfare of pensioners, stating that the leadership remains focused on advocacy and tangible results.
