Despite being academically brilliant, many of them struggle to find jobs, build careers, or start businesses successfully. The truth is, the world does not reward degrees alone; it rewards the ability to create value, present ideas, and influence people. That ability is sales — the master skill that bridges the gap between knowledge and financial freedom.

Sales education would empower them to face the world with courage rather than insecurity.

But the responsibility does not lie with schools alone. Parents too must recognize the importance of sales as a life skill and instill it in their children from a young age. Instead of telling children that academic excellence is the only path to success, they should also teach them how to express themselves, how to negotiate, how to convince, and how to lead. Even small exercises, like encouraging children to speak confidently at family gatherings, negotiate for extra playtime, or sell homemade crafts at a school fair, can nurture their sales abilities. These early experiences build the foundation of communication, confidence, and persuasion that will serve them for life. Parents should stop treating sales as something manipulative or secondary and instead present it as what it truly is: the art of solving problems, adding value, and creating opportunities.
