Senior Journalist and J&K Bureau Head of The Week, Tariq Ahmad Bhat died of cardiac arrest on Tuesday morning at his home in Srinagar.
One of the family members said that Bhat complained of chest pain today morning and he was immediately taken to a nearby hospital, where he was declared dead on arrival.
He said that funeral prayer of Bhat will be held at 11:30 am in the Chota Bazar locality of Kani Kadal.
