Contractors Protest held in Handwara; People, Employees face problems due to non availability of Superintending Engineer Hydraulic Circle Kupwara.

People says since officer was Deputed, he often visits office.
S.E Hydraulic Circle Kupwara did not attend his duties in his office nor visit to any of the site of his jurisdiction.
It is requested that he should not be promoted as Chief Engineer despite he may be declared as dead wood.
He always remained un-authorized absent from duty, nor he applied for any leave.Presently he is posted as Superintending Engineer Kupwara H.Q Handwara since two years of his posting at this place .Hardly he attends his office only Twenty days in these two years .It is requested that
his tour dairy & site visit dairy be checked which is not available in his office.Also the record for Geo Tag photographs of his presence be also checked.
That he did not attend any meeting in Kupwara District, despite showing on papers that he was present & taking salary for the year 2020 & 2021 upto date , which is extra burden to Govt. exchequer. It is requested that his record of attending the meeting I,e, VC’s from District Kupwara and others meetings be checked which he has not attended till date.
That he is operating his office from his home in Indra Nagar Srinagar and his AEE Mr Muzamil who also remain absent in the same way. While actually Mr. Muzamil is posted as Technical Officer to Xen Handwara , but he never attend his office since three years of his posting at Handwara.
Also these two Engineers misleaded the Chief Engineer.Besides These Two Officers also defunct the PHE Department of Kupwara District . Since two years of their even a single pipe have not been laid at any site of Kupwara District, nor they have achieved any physical or financial progress of any water supply scheme since last two years. All the water supply schemes are defunct at this time & public of Kupwara District is suffering badly without water supply facilities.
S.E Kupwara had misappropriate his date of birth, as per his physically fitness he is near about above 70 years old.Moreover several tours of Chief Engineer to Kupwara District the said S.E did not accompany to him instead to accompany to the Chief Engineer to the Kupwara District site he refused to accompany to the Chief Engineer .
It is humble request to Hon’ble L.G that the S.E Hydraulic Circle Kupwara Sandeep Dhar & AEE Muzamil be declared as dead wood and terminated from the Govt. Job under article 48/22 .Scheme.
