BHADERWAH,AUG 26: With growing strength of vehicles, narrow roads and apathetic attitude of administration massive traffic jams on Bhaderwah roads are causing immense hardships to commuters. The commuters allege that traffic jam is going from bad to worse each day.Commuters allege that Traffic jams have become a everyday’s headache. Total chaos and unprecedented traffic jam are witnessed in Bhaderwah town here everyday.“It seems that office of the ARTO is busy in issuing driving licenses, where one would find long ques, for obtaining such license against a huge consideration. Even the traffic police have also become a mute spectator in Bhaderwah .Whenever we go out with the vehicles, we come across with large number of vehicles snarling up on roads, causing immense inconveniences to the public particularly daily commuters like employees, older , women’s and students to reach at their destination but the local administration is silent spectators and least concerned about the problem of people and hardly doing anything to tide over the situation.At present there seems two main factors of traffic jams like growing strength of vehicles and narrow roads/lanes in whole Bhaderwah .One of the experts was of the view that like in the foreign countries where it is mandatory for educational institutions to teach the basics of traffic rules along with the primary studies, education department should include one of the primary subjects of the traffic management system so that children get fully aware at a very early age.
