A Sarpanch was shot dead at Khonmoh area of Srinagar outskirts on Wednesday evening.
Official sources told the news agency—Kashmir News Observer (KNO) that a Sarapnch identified as Sameer Ahmad Bhat was fired upon by suspected militants at Khonmoh area.
