J&K Contractors Coordination Committee Accuse Executive Engineer PHE Baramulla Of Misbehaviour

Baramulla, 21 Mar:J&K Contractors Coordination Committee on monday demanded of Commissioner Secretary to ensure action against the Ex-Engineer Jal Shakti (PHE) Department Baramulla over the misbehaviour with contractors working with concerned department.

In a letter forwarded to Commissioner Secretary Jal Shakti Department Kashmir the chairman of contractors coordination committee has written that some of the funds against various works are available in the PHE Division Baramulla Even after receiving the funds, the executive engineer has been reluctant to release the payments to the contractors with results all these funds will go lapse, also he is harassing all the contractors there and is misbehaving with them. You are requested to take this issue seriously so that none of any contractor will be harassed there and the payments of the contractors will be released smoothly.
The contractors from Baramulla told the the concerned Executive Engineer also closed the gate of PHE Division Baramulla and told that whosoever will enter the gate he will be booked under FIR.
Meanwhile when we tried to get comment from the concerned officer he didn’t responded to our calls after repeated attempts.
