Teachers conference was held in Tral area of Pulwama district today.
Chairman Jammu and Kashmir civil society forum Ab Qayoom Wani was the chief guest of the function.
During conference the focus was given to boost moral values and moral education in schools.
Chairman JKCSF demanded to introduce moral education as a compulsory subject in the curriculum of school education.
Wani also appreciated the role of retiree teacher Pushpinder Kour of Tral and saluted her contribution as teacher and daughter of the soil and prayed for her honorable and healthy post retirement life.
Wani also appreciated the role of teachers forum leaders in shaping the society and appealed them to be united to fight any onslaught on community.
