SDPO, SHO Handwara Lead Search Op For Drowned Minor Girl
The Sub-Divisional Police Officer (SDPO) of Handwara, Sleet Shah, and the Station House Officer (SHO) of Handwara, Shabir Ahmad, have taken charge of a search operation aimed at locating a 13-year-old girl who went missing three days ago after drowning in the Jaggerpora area of Kupwara.
Eyewitnesses report that the SDPO Handwara and SHO Handwara are leading a diligent and exhaustive search operation that commenced from the Vodhpora bridge and is currently underway. The police team from Handwara is leaving no stone unturned in their efforts to find the missing girl.
According to SDPO Handwara, the search operation was initiated at 10:00 am and is still ongoing. She emphasized that every possible effort is being made to locate the young girl, whose name has been identified as Ronak Jan.
The authorities are employing a comprehensive approach, scouring every inch of the area and utilizing all available resources to ensure a successful outcome. The local community has also extended their support by actively participating in the search operation, hoping to assist the police in finding Ronak Jan.
As the search operation enters its third day, the authorities remain resolute in their pursuit of finding the missing girl.
