Ganderbal: At Manigam Police Training School here in Central Kashmir’s Ganderbal district, a police constable was wounded after his service rifle went off accidently.
The cop was identified as Farooq Ahmed vide belt number 10/PTS.
A police official told news agency CNS that Farooq was injured when he was busy in cleaning his service rifle.
“He is undergoing treatment at SKIMS Soura and is out of danger,” the official said. (CNS)
