Srinagar, Sept 14 : Security forces launched a cordon and search operation in at least six villages in south Kashmir district of Pulwama.

Official sources said, following specific information about presence of militants in Pulwama, a joint search operation was launched by Special Operations Group (SOG) of state police, Army and CRPF in the area late last night.
