Srinagar, Sept 16: A Congress policy planning group-led by former Prime Minister Manmohan Singh arrived in this summer capital today on a two-day visit to ascertain the ground situation in the Valley.
The group completed the first leg of its visit to the state after visiting Jammu region on September 10 and September 11.
