Chairman Irrigation Employees Federation, J&K, Farooq Khan Stands in Solidarity with PHE’s Sajad Parray

Srinagar, December 11, 2024 – In a heartwarming gesture of support, Farooq Ahmad Khan, Chairman of the Irrigation Employees Federation, J&K, and EJAC Vice President, led a high-level delegation to the Federation Union Office to offer condolences to Sajad Ahmad Parray, General Secretary of the PHE Joint Action Committee, on the tragic loss of his maternal cousin sister, Ateeqa Ji.

Ateeqa Ji, a dedicated teacher at Middle School Chake Fatehpora in Prang, Ganderbal, tragically passed away, leaving behind a grieving family. Farooq Ahmad Khan and other federation leaders extended their heartfelt sympathies to Sajad Ahmad Parray and his family during this immensely sorrowful time.

The delegation also expressed their concern over the circumstances surrounding Ateeqa Ji's tragic death and urged the authorities to take immediate action regarding the incident.

In his heartfelt message, Farooq Ahmad Khan said, "The untimely loss of Ateeqa Ji is a tragedy for her family and for all who knew her. We stand in full solidarity with Sajad Ahmad Parray and his family during this difficult time. Our thoughts and prayers are with them, and we pray for the eternal peace of the departed soul."

Khan also prayed for strength and patience for the bereaved family, especially for Sajad Ahmad Parray, and conveyed his heartfelt condolences to the entire family. The meeting ended with a prayer for the departed soul and wishes for the family’s endurance in the face of such an irreparable loss.
