Senior journalist and Bureau Chief of Gulistan News, Saleem Wani, has been bereaved following the death of his uncle, Mohd Shafi Wani.
In a condolence message, Ab Qayoom Wani, Chairman of Jammu Kashmir Civil Society Forum (JKCSF) and President of Pensioners United Front (JKLPF), expressed deep sorrow over the demise of Mohd Shafi Wani. He described the deceased as a pious individual with exceptional qualities of both heart and mind.
Qayoom Wani prayed for eternal peace for the departed soul and offered condolences to the grieving family, particularly to Saleem Wani, wishing him the strength to bear the loss. Leaders of JKCSF and JKLPF also expressed their sympathy and solidarity with the bereaved family, praying for Jannat-ul-Firdous for the departed soul.
