The action was taken under Section 68-E read with 68-F(1) of the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances (NDPS) Act, 1985, as part of the ongoing anti-narcotics drive in the district.

The attachment is linked to FIR No. 54/2021 and FIR No. 87/2023 registered at Police Station Zainapora. The operation was carried out in the presence of a duly constituted police team and the Executive Magistrate, ensuring full compliance with legal procedures.
