Schools, Colleges to Remain Shut Tomorrow in Baramulla, Kupwara, Gurez & Near Srinagar Airport

In light of the prevailing situation, the Divisional Commissioner of Kashmir has ordered the closure of all schools, colleges, and other educational institutions in Baramulla, Kupwara, and Gurez on Wednesday, May 8.

The directive also applies to educational institutions in areas surrounding Awantipora and Srinagar Airport, which will remain closed as a precautionary measure.

Officials emphasized that the step has been taken in the interest of public safety and urged citizens to cooperate with authorities. Further updates will be shared as the situation evolves.
