Bilal Ahmad Zargar, proprietor of Zargar Medicate and founder of Bilals Health Hub Polyclinic, Handwara, has been unanimously re-elected as the District General Secretary of the Kupwara Chemists & Distributors Association for a second consecutive term (2026–2029).
The decision was taken by the newly elected Tehsil Executives from across the district, who cited his leadership, ethical trade practices and commitment to strengthening the pharmaceutical sector.
His re-election has been welcomed by members of the medical fraternity, pharma trade bodies and civil society, who expressed confidence in his continued leadership.
