Srinagar, Nov 25: A minor girl was killed while 11 others were injured in different road accidents during the past 24 hours in Kashmir valley.
A police spokesperson said here on Saturday that a minor girl, Duha, was hit and critically injured by a vehicle at Kachdoora in south Kashmir district of Shopian.
The injured was immediately taken to District Hospital Shopian, where she succumbed.
After completion of all legal and medical formalities, the body of the deceased was handed over to her relatives for last rites.
He said a vehicle overturned in central Kashmir district of Ganderbal, resulting in injuries to eight persons.
