Al-Fateh football club and academy inaugurated in Ganderbal

Ganderbal:In a bid to promote football in Ganderbal ,first football club and academy Al-Fateh football club and academy  was launched in Ganderbal district, inaugurated by JKSB secretary Showkat Ahmad Khanyari and General Secretary Shaheen Syndicate Trust in Sultania Ground in Central Ganderbal district.
Inauguration ceremony was started with presentation of the Club and Academy in which every aspect of Al-Fateh football club and academy was  put forth for players and public. A well drafted plan and idea of Club and academy was explained by administration of The Club and academy.
Sheikh Umar Jan renowned football player of Kashmir and Head Coach of Al-Fateh football  club and his colleagues for sitting up of first ever football Academy which will go a long way to attract youth towards games, especially football which mostly is the popular game in the world. He said, it will also help the youth to remain away from bad habits.
He said on the occasion that it was my dream to realise establishment of Football club of this stature and it is  my honour to serve the club. This club will usher new era of football in Ganderbal district.
It was also informed that the club is registered with JKFA and Best possible infrastructure will be available for players and budding footballers. Organisers put open the club and academy to every one and said every one is welcome to be part of Al Fateh football club and academy.
Main motive of the club is grass root development and providing platform for footballers of Ganderbal to show case there talent. Club provide a window for players to progress to higher league in valley in J&K and outside.
Mr. Showket Ahmad Khanyri said he himself is a football player and wants to encourage the youth towards this interesting game and that is why he took the initiative of setting up the football Academy at Ganderbal.
On the glaring ceremony Farooq Matoo plagued to walk side by With Al-Fateh club and academy ,he said the Academy will provide all sorts of facilities to interesting youth, football is in his blood ,Saheen Syndicated trust will provide every possible financial support to the club” he said.
On the occasion renowned athlete of valley ,Insha Wadoo was facilitates by Club for his achievements as top female athlete of Kashmir .She was ensured full financial support by Saheen Syndicate Trust.
Home kit of the club was also unveiled on the occasion. Club will play in yellow jersey at home and away kit will  be soon unveiled in coming days.
An exhibition match was also  played between Al Fateh FC and Soccer De Ganderbal which in ended score line of 1-1.
Fans and civil society present on the occasion  appreciated initiative of establishing Al Fateh Football club and Academy. They wished The club and Academy Success in making the dream big.
